- RFQs/Orders
Email Will with RFQs or orders, by phone (231)373-4800 or email (will@northernro.com). Orders will be confirmed via email. No minimum order. Volume discounts. Specialized pricing is available for blanket or large project orders.
- Individual/Residential Customers
We normally work with O.E.M.s, distributors, small and large businesses, and professional sales and service providers. If you are an individual/residential customer, we may be able to help you or at least refer you to someone in the RO business better suited to your needs.
- Returns
All sales are final and not available for return unless for warranty consideration. Some exceptions apply, subject to 20% restocking fee and freight to and from destination. All warranties are with the manufacturer; however, we can assist in filing the claim.
- Shipping
Most orders will be shipped the same day. We have discounted rates with all major carriers or can ship under your account. Orders needing Next Day Delivery must be received by 12:00 p.m. EST.
- Payment options
Invoices may be paid by check, money order, C.O.D., ACH, or wire transfer. Credit cards can be accepted but will have an additional 3.5% added to cover credit card fees.
- International
Please see payment options. Shipping options are: door to door; door to airport, door to sea port, DDU or DDP.
